Overall the staff was great, except the blonde lady where they send you to pick up the parking permit, unfortunately she was bossy, pushy and un polite, at least she was with us, just because we weren’t interested in a timeshare presentation. The rest of the crew was fantastic, especially the guy at the front desk and the kid taking care of the customers at the beach. The hotel location is amazing.
