If you can, stay somewhere else.
We initially booked our room for one night. For a cheap motel the room was fine as it was fairly clean and had basic amenities, no microwave in the room, but for a cheap motel it was perfectly acceptable.
The customer service, however, was a completely different story. Our first night there we had a pretty late night/early morning so around 9am the next day I rebooked our room online so we could stay and sleep into the afternoon. Sometime between 10 and 11am we received a call from the front desk stating that I had to sign some paperwork for the extra night. I said that I would come down sometime in the afternoon after we woke up to sign the document, at which time I was told that if I didn't come down to sign before 11, I would be charged a late check out fee. FOR A ROOM I BOOKED ON CONSECUTIVE DAYS. So I got out of bed, got dressed, and went down there. Then at about 1pm I got another call that they were coming down to our room to talk to us. Upon arrival they stated that someone had complained that they thought someone was "smoking drugs" in the motel to which we said, "Do you smell anything in here?" and they went away.
Then then next day and I find an additional $150 charge on my debit card and when I called them they stated that there were make up stains on the comforter, which was true (but do they not have washing machine??), and also damages to the tub, which was absolutely untrue. Most unprofessional "hospitality" staff ever.
