Affordable stay for late arrival in Guam I needed a budget-friendly hotel after arriving late at night in Guam. The suite had four beds, which was spacious and inexpensive—great value overall. The bathroom and facilities were somewhat old, but considering the price, I thought it was excellent. However, the bathroom floor was a bit slippery, so caution is needed. The swimming pool was small but fairly deep, making it good for morning exercise. Still, families with young children should be careful, as the depth exceeds an adult’s height. There was no safety guard or towel service provided. Since the ocean is right next to the hotel, playing in the sea is probably the better option.

Hotel conditions were below average, unfortunately the hotel is partially used as housing for contract workers, Future guests should inquire more information with the property regarding this.

Friendly check in staff- specifically name Danny. Very courteous, professional and caring. His customer service is excellent and deserves to be recognized. I’m a frequent customer there and Danny brings a breath of fresh air. I should be returning there Thanks.

The room was okay for the price. The hotel needs better plumbing. The toilet pressure was so weak. The bathroom sink was cracked and rusted. Tub is clogged. We were in a king size bed and the bed kept squeaking. Only thing new looked like the pillows. There was also a roach that showed up in our bathroom. The hotel definitely needs an upgrade.

You can never go wrong with a decent stay. It’s one of the few hotels in Guam that is really accommodating especially during the holiday season. Love the quietness, the atmosphere, and staff is professional. Will always come back yearly.

My Room was serviced and kept clean everyday of my Reservation, and I enjoyed the "full Oceanview from the Balcony". But it was in a location that I was not too fond of,... excessive noise heard from the Occupants in the next rooms among other dislikes. The Front desk and Staff were helpful and friendly. And the Convenient store proved to be useful for buying what I needed in the Room. The Hotel was not in tip-top shape and I was disappointed that the Laundry room had no working machines.

The hotel located in a tight housing area with an unpleasant view. There’s no balcony or lanai. The Hallways feel like a public building. The staff at the front desk are not as knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is lacking. One good thing about this hotel is the store located on the ground floor connected to the hotel.

正直に書きます。数十年前に宿泊した時と違って明らかに質が悪くなりました。まず客室数に見合わない駐車場の少なさです。停める場所がないのでフロントスタッフに確認しましたが、セキュリティに聞いてと言われただけ。地下駐車場があるのですが、レストランのお客様優先で宿泊者は利用できないという状況。車が少なくなるまで待ちました。次にボイラーの故障とかでシャワーなどのお湯が出ないことです。予約後にお湯が出ないと通知があり知りました。ホテルのロビーや各フロアにはスマホを充電しているローカル（フィリピン系のワーカー？）が多数いて気になりました。ビールやアルコールの空缶などもエントランス周辺に捨てたままで、お世辞にも綺麗とは言えない状態。チェックアウト時にはフロントスタッフが他の作業をしながら片手間に対応。こんな対応もお国柄でしょうか？とにかく残念な思いをしました。
