Excellent value for money. Nice room and especially nice bathroom. Disappointed that the vegetarian cooked breakfast meant removing all the meat and leaving the plate with mushrooms, beans, tomatoes and potatoes. Have vegetarian sausages not made it to Liverpool?!

We really loved this hotel and will be going back. Little thing's in the room like Decent Tea and coffee and biscuits. And dare l say it Decent toilet paper for a change? The hotel let us leave our bags before and after our stay and check in went smoothly staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and is a menu not hot buffet. A very nice hotel in the centre. Infact an amazing find.

Great location and lovely breakfast. Hotel could do with more staff as only 1 person having to do check in and serve people at the bar

Very clean, and helpful staff with special request. Great price through hotels.com. Breakfast nice but quite small. Location was good for getting round the city but the night club next door (zenn) is very loud and with no air-conditioning/fans in room it made it hard to shut windows during our stay.

Enjoyed our stay, really helpful receptionist. Great breakfast. Great location for the city centre. Only dislike where the windows needed to be double glazed and mattress could have been a bit comfier. Over all enjoyed our stay and would go again.
