The property is situated in a really central place in District 1 with access to a decent-sized minimart right within its lobby area and also several cafes within 1 min walking distance.
The room itself is visibly aged but all equipment are working well, including the washer/dryer and microwave in the room.
Facilities on-site were well staffed and well maintained. The gym and pool were a delight to use and the gym staff were all pleasant and attentive in their service even in the hot sun.
The one star deducted was because during our stay the resident lounge was still under renovation which meant we could not use that facility. It also meant that there was some constant renovation sounds and some messy hoarding on the ground floor.
That said, I would definitely consider staying here again for a trip to HCMC.
