The check in was horrify, there is no one but my wifi and signal did not work by the building, I was very lucky there is another resident just come out the main door, and so I just grab him and he save my life, it is so ridiculous bad, the English speaking guy help me through all the steps, even the WiFi show in the front door you can’t scan the QR code it won’t work etc, I had verified with my ID before I travel through their LINE in which it is not very commonly use. Then when I check in it fails all the time with their scan software, eventually I did, anywhere they are expecting us, so at least send us the front door code
It’s so scary that I thought I be homeless last night
Oh well long story, ah I paid when book through hotel.com they ask for payment again so I sent them the receipt, the other guy who help me also said he worry he will get charge twice
