We had to check out the same day. The room was simply uninhabitable due to the extreme amount of noise coming from the main street. We requested to cancel our booking which they refused and they didn’t even give us a check out receipt or document. This place is not ready to host guests. Don’t ruin your visit to Merida.

Location is fantastic. A minute from historic Centro. The neighbourhood has restaurant and all shop required. The staff were very flexible and helpful. The red blanket was not too clean and I used it only for a night. I didn't like the shower which is always important.

Good hotel for the price, but… The first room we got was facing the Main Street and it was so noisy it was not possible to sleep. Also the shower had almost no water due to rust build up. We got a second room on the back, and this room was much better, quiet and clean looking.
