Nice, modern property. Our room was spacious and comfortable, but the balcony view of the street is noisy, and there was no coffee maker in the 'full kitchen'. Outdoor pool area had plenty of loungers and a bar area to to get drinks. Staff was very helpful. Good location with good spa facilities but didn’t enjoy the spa treatment had couple Mediterranean Bliss packages. Rooms were clean and equipped with kitchen facilities and a good air conditioning, used as heater coz it was cold in December. Thank you to Grands suites Hotel & Spa staff to make our stay very comfortable. At Receptionist Marina & Akash always serving with a smile and from back office many Thanks to Darlyn for the upgrade of the room with a bath tub, I really needed this. Thank you Eslam for helping us with late check out at 12pm. The hotel is very clean, good location and excellent spa facilities. Also having the kitchen facilities in every room really helps, we had our own breakfast everyday and also microwave there to warm any food at any time.
