Room lacked clean soap, yet had a left over bar of soap in the bathtub. The sheets appeared clean and a quick, basic cleaning seemed to have been performed. Overall, this is quite old (“historical”) motel in need of some serious TLC to make it real gem. The front desk staff was smiley & friendly.

I was told by the manager, a nice guy, that the spa - a series of enclosed bathtubs with no view - would open at 9:00am. I went at 9:00 and no one was in the office. I returned a couple of times, and it was stil closed at 9:30. So I showered in the room. Within seconds a two inch cockroach emerged from the drain and constantly and franticly ran around the tub. I'm not as freaked out by cockroaches as a lot of others are, but it was not what I wanted in my hotel room. The internet was barely perceptible. It's a very old hotel that has seen better days. The store in the lobby is pretty good. The parking was adequate.

First room we went to didn’t have a remote for tv so they moved us to another room. This room didn’t have a mirror over bathroom sink. The AC ran all the time and never got below about 75 degrees. The mineral baths were good. Place would be nice if they cleaned up the area and fixed up the rooms a little and fixed all the rotten wood.

Amazing hot springs and cool rooms very reasonably priced and relaxed stay. Rent a hot tub on the roof and look at the sky!
