Hotel is in a sublime location, friendly staff, spacious rooms and great service. Only improvement needed is more USB /charging ports near the night table. We also hired a great (English speaking) driver who works for the hotel as our tour guide when we went on excursions. Ask the hotel for William Jimenez Vargas for your transfers from and to the airport and also to day excursions. Will stay there again.

O hotel possui ótimas instalações e está muito bem localizado. Tive um problema quando cheguei porque o ar-condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando e quando reportei esse problema na recepção o que fizeram foi trazer um aparelho portátil para ficar dentro do quarto, sendo que havia outros quartos disponíveis. Só me deram outro quarto porque eu não aceitei ficar com aquele aparelho barulhento. Isso realmente me surpreendeu, a primeira opção deveria ser oferecer um novo quarto. Mas devo dizer que o atendimento foi muito gentil durante todo o tempo.

This is a beautiful classic hotel. The check-in was very smooth and we were greeted very warmly with a welcome drink. The breakfast buffet was generous and had an ample selection of fresh fruits, and you could also request eggs to order. The surrounding areas is very safe and walkable and it’s nearby a large shopping center. The staff is very welcoming and kind. On the upper level there is a spa and a steam bath. We used the steam bath the one evening we were there and it was a nice treat.

Its a nice hotel very well located in Bogota. Quiet, safe and great service. The hotel has almost no Lobby, breakfast is good but if they are full there is no where to be seated. Rooms are big and comfortable.

This was our first time in this hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a small, amazing and personalized hotel, this is it. The location is great and quiet, and the hotel is gorgeous and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you need. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, which includes a lot of variety. The food is delicious. Angie, Jimmy, Paola and Cristobal who served our breakfasts were so helpful and kind. The service is outstanding. The reception staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful, especially Fredy who works at the front desk and Rodolfo who took our luggage to our room and offered to take some pictures. They were very professional, kind and helpful. Without hesitation we highly recommend this beautiful and affordable hotel when you visit Bogotá, Colombia. The location is perfect, which makes travelling around the city very convenient. It’s about 20 minutes from the Airport and close to many interesting places. Centro Comercial Andino is just one block from the hotel, and it is a beautiful mall. We will go back!
