Hotel Review – 14-Night Stay
I recently stayed at this hotel for 14 nights, and overall, it was a mixed experience with several positives and a few areas that need improvement.
To begin with, the owner and staff—particularly Ms. Anderson, Ms. James, and Ms. Michi—were truly excellent. They were consistently welcoming, always greeting us with a smile, and went out of their way to assist with any requests. Their hospitality stood out and made our stay much more pleasant. Mr. Mike they are a plus to your team.
However, the property is still undergoing construction, which led to a fair amount of noise throughout the stay. Additionally, several infrastructure issues made things challenging. For instance, there was no functioning elevator available for the upper floor of the family suite, which was a major inconvenience. The vaulted ceilings in that room are quite low—my cousin actually bumped her head on an exposed beam.
The stairs throughout the property are uneven and inconsistent. Some are too narrow or too high, while others have excessive depth, which poses a tripping hazard. Parking is also limited, with available spaces only in front of the hotel.
Despite these issues, I can see the potential in this property. With the continued renovations and improvements, I believe it could become a great place to stay. The foundation is there—especially with such a warm and accommodating team—but some work still needs to be done before it’s truly comfortable experience.
