The parking was super easy. The rate was acceptable. The staff were hardly ever present. And there was no breakfast and or coffee on any of the days that I was there.

This hotel was not as advertised. The pictures on website look nothing like the actual hotel. The hotel does not even have a sign in front of the building like the picture leads you to believe. Their claim of amenities are a complete lie. Upon arrival no one is at the front desk. You have to call a number and they come down and check you in. The first room stank of a sewage smell and we were moved to another room. The sheets did not appear to be washed and the floor was dirty. The hotel claims that they serve breakfast when in fact they don’t. There was no breakfast or even coffee available at all. At no time was anyone at the concierge desk, you always have to call a number for them to come down. The first floor and lobby are left unattended all the time. Anyone can walk into the hotel at any hour of the day and access all the floors of the hotel, incredibly unsafe. When I wanted to check out there was no one there, they told me to just leave the room key on the front desk.

Very clean and Newly remodeled Room. Close to the main shopping street and very walkable to restaurants and a fantastic view of the river. We would definitely stay again. Parking was excellent. There was coffee in the room but at 7:30am on Sunday with breakfast not starting until 8, there was no sign of coffee or breakfast in the lobby so we left in the morning without breakfast and extra coffee for the road. We also had to call the number at the front desk to get checked in, which took longer than I expected it would.

Room was clean and had everything we needed. Luckily we were planning to go out for breakfast anyway, but the coffee was just luke-warm and not much was offered for food. Overall, it worked out fine for us and was reasonably priced in a good location.

The room was clean and neat however, there were a few little things that needed to be checked before assigning someone to the room. For example, I asked for an extra blanket they handed me a blanket that had a red circle dot on it, the phone wasn’t working, the table and chair were ripped, and it looked discussing. Furthermore, there was a row in the double door which I had not requested upon making my reservation. Expedia charged me $200 for the night which is overpaid therefore someone should be able to check the room to make sure everything is up to the good standard. You treat people the same way you want others to treat you.

Not great. Black ice at the entrance, some salt would had made it safe. Our room was OK, 58degrees when we arrived in December, it took a while to heat up. The breakfast area (8am) was filthy, no staff, little to no offerings, coffee carafe was empty, waffle maker was disgusting with no ingredients. All signs of a property not being well kept.

Good was a large, included parking lot. Maintenance was poor with a very loose toilet seat and water spraying out all over the place out of the shower head. Stains on bed sheets! The breakfast is minimal. Bread for toast, a waffle maker, some eggs in the warmer, some prepackaged muffins and yogurt. Coffee was not too bad. The one guy as staff was the only staff member we saw all weekend and was a pleasant guy. Security is not very good at all, as anyone can enter the place and no one at the desk at all times. They need room card key entrance at the main entrance for more secure place. My biggest gripe is when my wife called to book a couple of rooms, she was told they did not have many rooms left for Thanksgiving weekend and told a price per room of more than $250 per night. I thought that was a little pricy for a basic hotel and checked online and found the rooms for more than $100 less. And when we were there only maybe 3 or 4 rooms were occupied? The place is at the top of Warren Street and a good location for exploring the main street, but it needs work. I probably can't recommend this place, but it worked for us for the Thanksgiving getaway.

The parklng lot was very dark and run down. When I arrived there was no one at the desk, in fact there never was anyone at the desk. There is a number to call to get them there. When he did show up he just asked for my ID and handed me a key and said "that's it". I asked where the room was and he offered that it was on the second floor. When I went to check out, he was not there. I just left my key. The room was clean and comfortable, a far cry from the outside. Basically there was no customer service for the price.

The place was the most inexpensive in walking distance of downtown so wet didn't expect luxery. But we didn't expect mold in the sink, the cover of the baseboard heater, or the sense that no one cares about the condition of the place. Nonetheless, it did allow us to spend a night within walking distance of much of town without spending an arm and a leg. With a little work and modest expense, the place could be much nicer.
