Very noisy. There was a night club right on the pool side that played extremely loud music till 4 in the morning. You could feel the speakers in your bed and soul. I had to move to another hotel to be able to sleep.

Very poor room. No shampoo or showergel. Very outdated rooms. No sest. Only bed while I booked confert room. I Payed this online with hotels.com but need to pay again on check in. Next day I get the money back but in cash. Problem is that without receipt I could not change this on the airport. Tax free donot exvept tun. Dinar. Now I have Dinar 380 in my pocket and cant do anything with this. Pleade help.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe, notamment à la sécurité, aux femmes de ménage des chambres, à la réception, et surtout au serveur du bar et du restaurant. L’hôtel est magnifique et très propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Cependant, le point qui nous a énormément dérangés est le bruit de la boîte de nuit. Il nous était vraiment impossible de dormir correctement. Malgré les nombreux avis des clients concernant ce problème, la direction de l’hôtel n’a malheureusement pas pris de mesures pour régler cette nuisance sonore.

Un établissement neuf. Une super piscine. Un petit déj correct. Un parking très bien surveillé. Appréciable pour les journées paisibles et les soirées festives. A notre arrivée, il a ete difficile d'avoir le matériel nécessaire pour une chambre de 3 personnes : draps, oreiller, tapis de sol de douche, 3 jeux de serviettes de toilettes ( 1 grande 1 petite). Au final, pas de tapis de sol et 1 petite serviette pour 3. Le personnel n'a été réactif (3h pour tout obtenir) ni agréable.

The hotel was very nice and the rooms were very clean, the breakfast was nice even though the variety was not very much, the staff were friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was clean and big, the beach was very quiet and clean and it was the best beach I ever went to

The internet didn't work, so I couldn't do the work I needed to do there. The room has no coffee maker or way to heat water to make tea or instant coffee. No hair dryer and someone came into the room and hid clothes in the cupboard that were sitting on a chair. Thankfully, I did not leave any valuables in the room. Also found an empty bottle of wine hidden in a cupboard. Also, noise from the nightclub next door, as everyone else has mentioned, is loud and continues until 2:00am. This was a terrible experience in what was supposed to be a few days of relaxation.

I have stayed there two nights. The second night the mirror felt down in middle of the night but I was so intoxicated by the food eaten at the restaurant that I did not noticed until the next morning. I woke up feeling dizzy, with body aches. The breakfast is very poor but the restaurant has great amenities. The price is affordable
