Allround very nice stay. Needed to change the room in order to have a bed for our kid. It was done in no time. Staff in general very nice, and to get such a great welcome to the breakfast. Impossible not to have great day after that.

Brilliant stay in Tallinn
Great stay. Hotel is well located, short walk to Old Town, to the beaches, ferry terminal. Airport is a short bus ride away with the bus stop right outside the hotel. Room brilliant, huge comfy bed, huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. We had a view of the harbour. Breakfast is really good, lots of choices. Bar on 30th floor is worth a visit, great views . Spa is a lovely place to relax. All staff very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the Swissotel for almost one month All The staff from reception when i arrived to the end were fabulous. All staff in the breakfast floor 8 again I knew their names they knew I liked a strong coffee on the mornings. 😊always always friendly and all in my opinion made my stay even more joyful.
