**IT IS NOT A 5 STAR SERVICE** Dirty room, no special service for events, no vanity sets on the room, no service at the pool. Nothing beside the view. First thing when I went to the room. is to see Sh**t on the toilet roll holder, and the paper roll was ripped off manually, literally, see skid mark (Sorry). They change us to a new room with a nice view. ok. It was for a special event (Bday), I have sent an email to the desk to have a kind attention (Flower and card, and ok to be charged). No answer. I wrote early morning via Expedia, got an answer with an OK. When we arrived, nothing, no attention, no flower, no card. Like a normal day. It was disappointing to choose such a nice place for a nice event, and regret it as soon as you check in. Hotel location is way too for from anything. It is at least 1h drive. Not going bak there or in any Hilton hotel.

This was our second holiday in this hotel. we found it was a bit tired compared to last year. Mostly the bathroom. The staff were excellent except for the lady who cleans the rooms who was very rude. The room was not clean by any means. Very dusty, dirty floors etc. The breakfast and dinner were excellent as were the rest of the staff.

This was our first holiday in this hotel. It is a 5 star wonderful property, a bit alone in the woods, and no easy access to beach or village. But the place in itself is very good, with a wonderful garden and 2 nice pools. The staff were excellent and the room was clean. We had half board. The breakfast was nice and well prepared. The buffe dinners were under the standard we expected at this level and also under the standard from the 4 star hotel we came from in Palma the week before. The last 2 days we had to accept a la carte because of few guests. The restaurant dinner we would rate 4 stars.

Overall really enjoyed our stay at Hilton. The grounds and views of the property were very nice. The pool may look small but was not crowded so was very nice. Minor point about beds when you get in and get out they do squeak a little which can be little annoying while heading to bathroom at night but really minor point. We had issues at check in and once reported to front office manager Francine she really helped us out and made our stay very special and dealt with our concerns. Additionally, Netty and Irene were wonderful and ensured we had a stress free stay. Irene in particular made our breakfast visit very special which made our stay very memorable.

Suite was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. That said, a five star hotel should serve real orange juice not the one from concentrate. Staff and service were a bit robotic and not personable enough. It took a very long time for us to get our luggages which was a problem in a huge facility on a hill. The hotel has a lot of potential but it is not operating at its full potential. Outside the rooms, the grounds feel a bit tired.

Fab hotel!

A lovely place to stay, felt like the riviera! Great pool and our family suite was perfect. Stayed half board and the food was fresh and plentiful. Only gripe would be that there was no water provided with dinner, you were charged for it which I think is a bit unfair. You cannot walk into the town so car hire is a must or the hotel run a shuttle once an hour I think. Staff were always smiling and lovely. We would return!

We stayed in a suite which was very spacious with private garden area, 2 large tvs which didn’t have many channels and only news channels that spoke English. Bed was comfortable, pool areas very nice and staff very helpful. Breakfast was not the best, I would recommend waiting until they put fresh cooked out otherwise eggs etc are cold. Evening food was nice with a great view.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Poolbar too expensive and no real lunch options around. About cleaning: staff entered room already wearing plastic gloves and hand washed glasses and cups. Can’t imagine where those gloves been before. Needless to say, didn’t use the glasses/cups for the remainder of our stay.

We had a family room on and it was a good size space with a separate living room. The bed was comfortable but some of the fixtures and fittings needed some attention. We stayed on a DBB basis and the choice and quality of the food was good. The hotel was clean but felt a little dated in areas. It is up on the top of the hill so not particularly accessible to other areas of the town. Staff were friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the air conditioning whilst we were there. I give it a solid 7/10.

Excellent hotel with great staff and rooms. ONLY one issue!!! On our last day there was a faulty fire alarm that went on for almost 45mins TWICE!!! In our room. With a one year baby at 2am this was not great. Considering we had to leave for the airport at 8am. With the flashing safety light going all night. It’s like eating a delicious meal and than biting on a rock right at the end. Very unpleasant.
