This was my fourth stay at this property, and it was by far the worst experience I've had. I typically book a studio room, and in the past, I’ve been assigned a studio overlooking the courtyard, sometimes even with a balcony. However, this time, I was given a room that resembled a run-down motel. My windows faced the hallway, offering no privacy whatsoever, so I had to keep the blinds closed the entire stay. Even with the blinds drawn, hallway lights shone into my room all night.
To make matters worse, I later discovered what appeared to be human feces on the bathroom floor and a filthy coffee machine left by the previous guest. Additionally, the room I was given this time didn’t resemble the pictures at all, and I learned that some of these rooms don’t even have air conditioning.
This property is beautiful, and I’ve always loved staying here, which is why it’s been my go-to choice when visiting the area. But after this experience, I’ll be looking for other options next time. I think management should consider categorizing these studio rooms more accurately so guests can actually receive what they paid for—rather than a rundown, motel-style room with unclean conditions
