It was ok in terms of the grounds. The gate up front, the pool area, etc were nice. The rooms not so much. The owners have invested in the grounds far more than the rooms. The paint was coming off the wall, our bathroom door had a hole in it, the beds were very hard, the linens were stained, and the cleanliness was not what you would expect at all. We also did not feel as safe as the door lock was not the best.

The view is amazing! but as far as front office, they didn't seem so concerned about our key card not working (3-4 times) we were locked out and couldn't get inside. the rest of the staff, as far as housekeeping and night management was friendly and tried to help rapidly seeing us outside freezing with our infant and couldn't get inside our room. That place has a lot of potential just needs a little bit of updating the rooms and such. overall, our stay was fair besides that.

For being classified as a Resort place, this was more like a 2-3 star place, did not fit the price charged nor the classification; bathroom/showers very small/tight areas. Very noisy late at night with Music groups blaring their music late night and early morning hours without being told to respect other guests. Staff at Reception very blunt, not warm welcome.
