The reviews are not kidding, the room had plenty of hair on the floor and some on the bed. The smoke alarm also went off 3 times within 24 hours of being there and when firefighters arrived they told my friend and I "something always happens here." I highly recommend staying elsewhere. I was charged the $50 fee in case any room damages happened on 9/8/25. My stay was until 9/12/25, and when I was not refunded (no damage was done to the room) I called on 9/16. They said to give it a few business days. I called yesterday, 10/8, and they had to go because of customers and did not call back like they said they would. The same thing happened when calling today, except he hung up while I was asking him to confirm he would call back. So this trip from a month ago is causing me to start a dispute with my credit card to get my money because they will not help me. This motel is not worth this hassle, stay literally anywhere else.
