I've stayed at foxwoods, probably 15-20 times in my 46 years on Earth. It has changed a lot in the last 8 years. I stayed on a Monday and Tuesday and it was very uncrowded, which would seem like a good thing...but it was actually kind of eerie. I'm wondering if they are in trouble financially, quite honestly. Which is amazing when you really think about it. THE ROOM AT FOX TOWER HAD NO MICROWAVE. That is totally unacceptable. The water pressure in the beautiful walk-in shower, was weak. I didn't understand that either. The betting was from the 1970s, and when we had the room turned down, it was almost if they just reshuffled the bed and didn't replace any of the bedding or pillows or pillowcases. This would be acceptable in a lower level hotel situation, but Fox Tower is, for all intents and purposes, much more high-end. My advice to anyone going to foxwoods would be to stay at the Grand Pequot or Great cedar or a nearby hotel and catch an Uber. Fox Tower is not worth the price of admission, on the hotel front. The toilet will flush an entire human being down it, so be careful your butt's not too close to the water lol. Which again goes back to, "...how in the World is the water pressure in the shower not as good as the toilet?" THEY HAVE NO AVAILABLE LAUNDRY OR LAUNDRY SERVICE, and that is mind-boggling. Overall grade, 82 out of 100.
