I had a place to stay. Can't say I slept well, I could hear everything even over the air system--doors closing, the alarm for the person in the next room, conversations in the yard space outside. The bed was extremely hard. The premium room only offers the ambiance of an electric fireplace and a massage chair.
Everything was old--the decor (a blast of the late 80s/early 90s) and filled with synthetic plants (the #1 offender of plastic in the environment), the sheets (pilly, rather than crisp and smooth), the furniture (chipped and some elements falling off). I appreciate the staff here. They were helpful and prompt.
I will return to the Quality Inn which is less expensive and more comfortable.
