Our room was nice and clean. The suite is perfect. Can fix a cup of tea or a meal, everything you need just bring your food. A restaurant on site if you don't want to cook. Bed was comfortable with crisp white linens.

Beautiful spot, took a lovely morning hike up the mountain. However, the phone in the room did not work and the hot water was spotty. Also found check in difficult to navigate -- lots of buildings, unhelpful signage and different places to park made it confusing, especially at night -- and staff was pleasant but not too helpful.

Cuisine bien équipée beau site. Un peu vieillot. La porte du lave vaisselle était brisée mais il fonctionnait tout de même bien. On avait un bac avec sel et poivre et sucre en plus que des filtres et sachets à café. Un beau gros four/air fryer dans la chambre également qui était très pratique. Des couverts pour 6 personnes.Jy retournerais sans hésitation . Le lit était confortable. Les oreillers un peu moins

This was our third stay. we love the quiet, unusual for a large resort complex, the mountain views and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. On the Jiminy Peak property, so it's a two minute walk to all the Summer mountain activities.

Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.

Everything about our stay was wonderful We made a last-minute decision just to go up for a night and we were able to use several amenities like the chairlift ride for sightseeing. The pool a few times which was at a very comfortable temperature just to get in and relax We were able to use their locker room to take showers before we left to go home on our trip The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows to choose from. Every staff member we encountered were very accommodating and friendly

It was a great time. We went in June, and were pleasantly surprised by the grounds, adventure park, cleanliness and staff. The country store was awesome—they have a great buyer, and the breakfast sandwiches and coffee were fresh and good. I would absolutely go back.

The grounds and hotel was beautiful. Didn't like the fact that one of the pools was green. The 2 days it was closed. The shower had very little water pressure.

Only problem was the stairs. I hadn't realized that there was such a long climb to our condo or I would have asked for something a little friendlier to a 75 year old.

The room was fine, the carpet was old and a bit musty. The fridge was helpful to have, and we used the coffee maker, would have preferred a Keurig. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine. The furniture was nice, we liked the two separate bathroom sinks. Over a pleasant stay.

Excellent "get away from it all" vibe on this little mountain resort. The drive and area is wooded and beautiful. The staff is AMAZING! Helpful, friendly, warm and welcoming. The rooms were cute and clean. Maybe a little dated and worn, but for the price they are perfect!! The pool was a bit small, but not crowded and deep. We also really enjoyed the walking trails, tennis court and pickle ball court. The adventure park was excellent for active kids. The ski lift ride was great and the alpine slide and mountain coaster is great for the whole family regardless of age!

The pool was freezing, the hot tub was freezing and wouldn’t turn on. The whole section where our rooms were was under construction, so we couldn’t park there. The bathroom was dirty. The air conditioning was loud and old, which made the room smell musty. We left at 6 AM because we couldn’t wait to get out of there. Not a great stay and my expectations were pretty low.

Condo was clean, with a well stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. Hallways need to be freshened up. Even though it was the last weekend in June the pool and deck was not accessible.
