Spacious, comfortable space
The space was very spacious and included very comfortable beds. The staff was nice and friendly- a particular woman (sorry didn't wrote her name) went over and above to help and offered a real experience of being taken care of. So overall I highly recommend it. The air con also worked very efficiently to keep the place cool during the hot summer days when I visited.
The only feedback I'd like to share for improvement is- Initially I didn't hear back trying to communicate via the Hotels App-which left me a bit worried- I called the hotel and later used Whatsapp to follow it up , then they were very responsive. The other thing that I think need to be clearer is that using the swimming pool (which is located in a nearby hotel) is for an additional charge of 20 euros.
That wasn't clear to me when I booked the place - until I spoke to the staff (I nearly cancelled the reservation as I was looking for a place that would include access to a swimming pool as part of the deal). The type of accommodation I booked also had two spacious bedrooms which was great but again not obvious when I booked it - so clearer information about what is offered would be helpful. I am glad I booked it and enjoyed my stay.
