The rooms look old, with a lack of better maintenance. In general, the hotel is noisy. You can hear everything in the rooms up, down, and aside. The breakfast was very poor in quality and presentation. The refills take longer than the time you have to eat. So, maybe you will only eat what is served, because if you wait for the refill, that can take time. The ladies in charge smile and offer apologies, but they don't have the full support in the kitchen. They offer you transportation, and even when you have confirmed the transfer, they let you down. And if you're not according to their exact specific times, better use an Uber, or you'll be touring with another passengers for more than 45 minutes until your destination, if you're not fortunate enough to be the first drop. They offered to pick me up at the airport and never arrived; I had better take a taxi. And later they told me they could pick me up in the Papalote to drop me in the airport, and after almost an hour, I finally called them to cancel and picked an Uber. VERY, VERY POOR SERVICE! I will never go back to this hotel; for the pesos you are supposed to save, you are better off staying in another hotel with real and honest service, better conditions of the rooms, and certainly better food. By the way, they don't recognize you as a Wyndham member, so you'd better reserve straight with the brand.
