Exceptional Stay at the Sheraton!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sheraton, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully maintained facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with all the modern comforts one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable. My wife LOVED the tub. To start with I was charged a higher rate than what I booked upon arrival! Water was cold. Every shower we took was not warm. It was cold or either scorching hot. I was told there was not a problem with the water so basically I was lying, and my grandchildren were lying to mention, they were out of toilet paper in the entire hotel so we had to use Kleenex. Not sure if I will be staying at this hotel again my concerns and issues that I had were basically dismissed by the manager of the property she could care less about what I had to say.

It was a really nice hotel and room. I wish they had more parking. And they had some kind of pop up clothing the first day we arrived which made parking and getting through the floor area difficult because so many people were there just for the pop up. Once they left later that night and the next day it was much better.

Sheets and coffee - make the little things right.
I hate when hotels don't use fitted sheets on the bed. There was just a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet that wasn't even tucked in. Also, the coffee pods/trays provided for the in-room coffee maker were the wrong size, so we couldn't use them. I ran into other guests downstairs searching for coffee because they had the same issue. It's the little things.
