This room was ok at best. There is ZERO sound proofing on these thin walls. We heard our neighbors shower, talk, everything. Probably why the TV volume was controlled- set to barely audible. Cleanliness-wise, our room was surface cleaned. The sheets, blankets, and towels smelled freshly washed and I had no reason to question if they were cleaned. Obvious surfaces like the counter, desk and TV stand were also wiped down. Beyond that was very questionable. There was a hair in the shower on the soap holder, a big stain on the dust ruffle/box spring cover, and the windows have not been cleaned in awhile, inside or out. The carpet was in rough shape, super old and wrinkled.
The pool also hadn't been cleaned in a long enough time that there was a layer of dirt at the bottom and dead bugs and debris floating on top. The pool area also did not have towels available (not that it mattered because we did not get in after seeing the condition of it). There were dead bugs on the pool deck, and everything just felt old and in need of cleaning.
The staff seemed non-existent. We passed through the lobby 6 times during our stay, each time, nobody was in sight, so if we needed anything we would have been out of luck. The only time we saw someone was at check in, where there was minimal interaction.
For the cost of the room, this was pretty bad. This was quality I would expect from a $100 room, not the $180 we were charged.
