Not the best hotel I've stayed in, but not the worst. Refurbishment ongoing. Hotel was clean, with friendly staff. Will stay there again.

The hotel itself looked quite rundown from the front and in the lobby. The room was clean but side.lights didn't work next to the bed and the shower head was broken too. Found the hotel quite noisy as no soundproofing so could hear people going in and out of rooms and talking in the halls. Bed was comfy though!

Very tired and In need of refurbishment , blocked sink, no door handle on the bathroom door, no remote for the TV, cigarette stub left on the carpet, carpet had stains, only 2 pillows provided and were flat, window closed and still allowed breeze to come in. A very unpleasant stay, we left in the evening to stay at another hotel

Hotel wasn’t clean in the room. The bed had a massive stain. The mattress was broken. The bathroom shower screen was broken no lightbulbs in the small lights not a good experience. there was a strong paint smell and I have had itchy skin since I’ve been there. I’m feeling unwell.

Bathroom sink was cracked, had no plug and never delivered hot water, BUT, the shower was hot, the room was warm and the bed was comfortable, so overall, about right for the price.

Terrible hotel and would not recommend staying there. Place was like a building site, room was dirty and the bathroom was horrid. Wasn't worth the money and won't be staying there again.

A bit too noisy from some adjacent rooms for my liking and was woken a few occasion during the night with people shouting but the cost of the stay was cheap so maybe expected and wifi was good.

This hotel is the epitome of you get what you pay for, if you want a cheap place to sleep and NOTHING else you will be fine. But aside from that, it’s lacking a lot of love, the hallways are terrible and outdated, the rooms need to be cleaned to a better standard and the lift needs to be fixed

This hotel should not be operating. Everything was awful and dirty, did not enjoy any of it. The mattress had a stain, TV doesn’t work, bathroom is dirty.

Avoid. The rooms are dirty and tatty, the hotel is full of abandoned material and broken furniture, the walls are paper thin and bathroom fittings are hanging off. Not a pleasant stay at all. It makes The Overlook Hotel feel warm and hospitable.

It was a bit dirty, stuff falling apart. At a glance it looked fancy but not when you spent some time in the room. The common areas are old and worn and there was a party with very loud music that was supposed to end around 22 which would be fine but it continued till midnight. I also got woken up a few hours later by multiple loud alarms. Did not have a good night of sleep.
