La señorita Victoria nos atendió de una manera increíble, siempre muy atenta y el cuarto todos los días muy limpio, el desayuno fue siempre variado y con mucha limpieza, el hotel muy cerca casi de todo, simplemente increíble. Si fuera nuevamente a Quebec sin duda alguna reservaría el mismo lugar, con esa señorita sin dudarlo. Gracias

The place was clean and convenient. It was a converted home so be aware that the bathroom was very narrow and the shower was tiny. Breakfast was very good and the bed was comfortable.

Great stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and we really appreciated being allowed to check in early, which made our trip much more enjoyable after a long journey. The only minor issue was that the bathroom blind couldn’t close properly, which affected privacy a little. Other than that, everything was excellent.

Location was great, having a pull out couch worked really well for us. There was an issue with the water when we arrived, but they were great at communicating and fixed it really quickly.. Once we figure out where the free breakfast was, it was great as well. Nice to have fresh fruit and cooked to your request eggs without having to go find a place to sit. And allow us to spend more. Time doing other things. Would definitely stay again. We were lucky enough to find some free parking nearby but otherwise I wasn’t sure where to park..

Location, location, location! Literally a 3 min walk to Chateau Frontenac! After we parked the car in the City Hall lot, we did not need to move the car until checkout because we could easily walk everywhere! It was a hot week when we were there, but the portable A/C in the room kept us cool. Yes, the room is compact but it had everything we needed: a clean washroom, a small bar fridge, a closet and dresser. Shoutout to Jeremy who made the most perfect eggs for us in the morning. ❤️ I will definitely return.

This is a unique property in a very convenient location. We really enjoyed our experience as we appreciate non traditional venues. The proprietor was very nice and even allowed us to access our room earlier than check in since it was available. The stairs to the second floor are steep and narrow, so a traveler with physical limitations would need to stay on the first floor.

Nice historic place. The staff will help you with where to park parking in the area cost about $25 a day. You will find the front door to the facility is extremely hard to open the tension on the door needs to be adjusted. you have to put a lot of pressure on it and then there’s another door inside of that where the keypad is. The breakfast was very good although the breakfast room is very small and crowded with other guest. The stairs are very steep. It’s an old historic place and there’s nothing can be done about that. The room was quite small, but very nicely done. The biggest issue that I and the other guest had was the Internet was extremely spotty and many times it didn’t work at all. This also meant that the TV did not stream because the Internet was not working. It’s a nice place. It’s not a modern hotel and I get that so we enjoyed ourselves, but it’s good to know that if stairs are an issue and you need space this probably is not the place for you..

Great location, we enjoyed our stay. Found parking nearby at $25 per day. Breakfast was included and basic but good. Stairs are very steep and narrow, would be difficult for some to navigate with luggage. Internet very poor. Issues with second inside door latching close.
