This is a very traditional seaside hotel In a wonderful location. Rooms are basic and small but beds are comfortable and bathroom clean with plenty of hot water! The tiny lift felt like a throwback to a former age

Better than most 2* and 3* hotels in Brighton. Helpful friendly staff, excellent location. As you might expect, some of the furniture has seen better days but my room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is connected to a good local fish restaurant from where you can have a meal delivered - unfortunately I didn't have time or I would have

Lovely friendly hotel. Staff were all so helpful and made our stay very welcoming. This is the 5th time we have stayed there, and are going back again in two weeks.

Room was clean and tidy. It was small but that is what I expected as it was a single room with ensuite shower room. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of cereal, fruit, yoghurt and a nice cooked breakfast. Location is great, right near the old West pier.
