The hotel is very affordable and convenient to Tallinn old town. Clean, basic room. However, my complaint that there was no soap/body wash in the shower went unanswered by the guy at the front desk. He acknowledged the dispenser was broken but didn’t rectify the situation. A simple bar of soap would have been helpful.

Do you like being messaged endlessly after you left the hotel? I have been contacted by this property more than 9 times in the past 24 hours asking me to leave a review. Nice location. Rooms are pretty uncomfortable and down a dark corridor facing an abandoned office chair. Limited power supply to recharge your stuff. Morning experience was a half-naked guy in the foyer shouting at random people.

A real Hotel!

The Bern Hotel in Tallin, is one of my best experiences during my travelling to different countries during my life, regarding it's price. It has a very friendly atmosphere, nice and kind staff, excellent location, exactly in the border of old town and modern part, near to golf of Finn with clean, comfortable room and delicious breakfast. I suggest it by sure and will come here again and again.
