Lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and the lobby looked fantastic decked out with a Christmas theme. The rooms are all suites with a large balcony/terrace looking towards the sea. Very comfortable beds. The food was great, lots of options for all tastes and the staff were actively clearing plates all the time. Plenty of help yourself drink options available with meals including alcohol. The hotel is a little way off the main drag but everything including the beach and old town is walkable.

Excellent staff, I always stay at sandos properties around Spain and further afield. I used to stay at the adults only Monaco in Benidorm but have recently switched to the Benidorm suites. All staff are very friendly and welcoming, good choice of food in the restaurant or there’s the snack bar during the day.
