Pros - great location, loved the layout of the house with open layout and plenty of seating, pool table in the basement, nice outdoor space.
Cons - Most alarming was one of the sliding doors would not lock. It was clearly damaged, as were most of the sliding doors. They were all extremely difficult to open which wouldn't have been a big deal as long as they all locked. We were searching for items to wedge in the door to prevent a break in, which is ridiculous. The communication was not good. I sent multiple messages in the app before arriving for check in information because we never received the access code. We were able to find a number to call and finally got the code but I didnt receive a response to my message in the app until half way through our second day of staying there. While the inside of the house was fairly clean, the top and bottom decks were filthy. The wood and some of the furniture were completely green and dirty, clearly had not been sprayed off for years with the amount of build up. There was barely enough toilet paper for the two days we were there, no tissues, and soap was stated to be provided but only 2 bathrooms had soap. One of the king size beds had queen size sheets on it, which again, is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Overall, it was a nice size house in a good location but we were very disappointed with the communication, cleanliness, and amentities of the property for the price we paid.
