Location 5/5! So close to the beach. The unit we were in was nice, but the walls could use a cleaning. We had some service issues (internet connection, smoke detector in master bedroom started beeping at 8pm, and the water smelled like rotten eggs). All issues were addressed and corrected, but I'm guessing no one had been in the unit for a while as the WiFi router was turned off, remote control batteries dead/corroded, light bulbs burned out, etc. They don't specify in the instructions that there are two routers... one for wifi, one for the front door. That would've been helpful information. Also, there was no blanket/comforter for the sofa bed, only sheets, so make sure to bring your own blankets just in case. The other main issue with this complex is the parking! You only get one spot per unit, so if you have multiple families, or differing arrival/departure days for some, like in our group, you have to find another place to them to park. Our host/property manager recommend the RV lot next door, but that is $30/day! That's insane, Disney world isn't even that much! Tip... we found a hotel nearby and just parked there for free! We didn't use the pool/hot tub, or any of the property amenities, but they looked nice. Overall, it was a good deal, but can't say I'd stay here again.
