Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, überall Fuseln, kein Mineralwasser nur die Gläser, alte benutzte Ohrstäbchen lagen einfach im Badezimmer. Das Frühstück reine Katastrophe: keine Servietten, fehlende Kaffeebecher und Besteck, große Büfett aber sofort alles verteilt. Fazit: die Ursache liegt wahrscheinlich an zu wenig Personal und kein Aufsicht.

Das im Hotel angebotene Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr schmackhaft. Leider treffen zu viele Menschen auf einmal im Speisesaal aufeinander, so das es beim Büfett recht chaotisch und sehr laut zu geht. Die Tische u. Stühle sind zu dich aneinander gereiht, ein durchkommen ungünstig. Auf Teller und Besteck musste öfter gewartet werden, ehe es frisch gespült wieder in den Speisesaal zurück kommt. Hier ist eine bessere Koordinaten und Planung dringend zu empfehlen. Auch das schon morgens um 8 Uhr lautstark am Billiardtisch, während des Frühstücks gespielt wird dient nicht der Gemütlichkeit und des Geniessens beim Einnehmen des Frühstücks. Hier ist sehr zu empfehlen das Spielen doch während der Mahlzeiten zu unterlassen. Das Servicepersonal und auch das Housekeepingpersonal sind alle sehr freundlich, bemüht und fleißig. Im Wellnessbereich geht es durch den lauten Geräuschpegel der Kinder zu laut zu, ein entspannen ist dort nicht möglich. Ein Ruheraum, gerade nach dem Saunagang fehlt dort und die angebotenden Liegen sind für diese Hotelgröße entschieden zu wenig. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind sehr kompetent.
