They didn't give us the correct room when we first checked in. We booked a double queen suite, but they gave us a studio king which was kind of a bummer because it meant I had to share the bed with my mother. When I asked them to fix it , they said they had no more rooms even though I made my reservation over a month ago. The next morning , the manager moved us to the correct room , which didn't really make a whole lot of sense , because if they didn't have the room the night before , how come at nine a m , they had it available? Maybe somebody checked out really early? Still, it was pretty upsetting because I paid extra to have 2 Queen.Beds. The only other compensation that I was given for the mistake was that they said I could have late checkout the next day. The food was decent for breakfast. Good hot choices. I got really sick from food poisoning, though, not from their breakfast just to be clear but from a wedding I was attending there in Virginia so I really did use that late checkout , because I was super super sick. Front desk manager was very friendly.
