Service was eager to help and friendly but issues needed to be raised several times before anyone solved them. The noise level in their most silent prestige wing was unacceptable. It is more about distracting animations than about good accommodation. Experience was other than the friendly staff, horrible.

Amazing service and beautiful stay

The service was amazing! Some things could be improved: dishes and cutlery were almost always dirty and sticky, the tables and chairs weren’t always cleaned either, especially if you’re not dining at opening. We always cleaned before dining. It’s very loud in the room (windows are not sound proof) and blackout curtains leave a huge margin and let light in A LOT! But we really loved our stay, the staff, it’s super baby friendly so we would definitely come back.

Check-in was very easy and the hotel was very clean. We were to receive a mini bar in our room and asked for it 3 times-it was never delivered. There are drinks that are part of the all-inclusive but the better known liquor was charged extra. We are good with kids but we could never get a seat at the main pool due to the large number of kids. Food was ok. Staff at the sports bar were extremely nice and helpful thank you David & Virginia!! The only sit down restaurant was closed 2 of the 3 nights we were there. Beach was nice but a public beach. The vendors were pushy and rude when rejected.
Views from the rooftop area in building 5 were amazing. One of the hot tubs was out of order during our stay. The staff on the rooftop were super friendly.
The Cava Rose was great!
The beds were comfortable but as a married couple we would have like to had a bed for both of us. The room never felt cool even though we were told the AC was working 😕

We’ve just returned from a 1 week stay, 2 adults 2 children (9 & 13). Reception staff were very helpful! You have the usual people reserving sun loungers and leaving them there for hours but if you speak to the pool staff they will enforce the rules and remove the items. Good choice of food and there’s always a station serving a selection of freshly cooked omelettes/meats etc. Entertainment staff were excellent and the evening shows were very enjoyable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. No frills excursions office was right across the street, it was incredibly easy to book a trip. Fabulous beach on your doorstep with plenty of water activities to book nearby. Thanks for the great week!

I liked pretty much everything about the property. Location very close to the beach. Food is amazing. Entertainment team is superb with lots of programmes for kids and parents. Reception and housekeeping staff all very kind and polite. The only thing that we missed was outdoor pool was so cold and the kids missed that part. And safe/ locker in the room was chargeable. This was little strange for me. Despite paying so much for the room why the safe need to be charged seperately. In general i loved the property

Nice hotel. Right next to the beautiful beach. Child friendly. Good entertainment for the kids and big pool with some shade. We only booked breakfast which was quite good and well organised. Rooms were clean but a little small and missed some equipment considering it is a 4*. Food options around hotel are many but expensive and not good. Since we had a car we took to Arta, Pollenca and Alcudia in the evening. Moskitos were a minor topic but bring spray and lotion. Overall I can strongly recommend for family with kids. If you plan to stay in the hotel vicinity I would even consider the all inclusive package.

If you are looking for an all inclusive / family resort vacation, this is a great pick. We dedicated four nights for my kids to be fully entertained. The hotel had wonderful entertainment for kids of all ages, and it starts at breakfast and ends at night after the great theater shows. The water slides kept them busy all day and the beach was lovely. We really enjoyed the calm water and sand bar in the mornings. The rooms were spacious and clean. The common grounds were well maintained and cleaned often. The pool could have used more frequent cleaning but being by the beach and so many kids, it’s expected. The tiles surrounding the pools were very slippery when wet and kids were slipping often. Food was above average for an all inclusive. I appreciate the two snack / lunch options that were easy to get when wet / quick. Dinner “restaurant” options could have been better but again- for a trip for kids it was great and they have the best time! Staff were really friendly - specially the kids and entertainment crew. The front desk was very helpful and kind.

We had a lovely stay here and the majority of the staff especially the bar and entertainment staff were excellent - unfortunately had a poor welcome to the hotel arriving very late in the early hours of the morning due to a flight delay. We had no help with our bags, couldn’t find our room and we’re not able to get milk for our toddler. Rest of the trip was brilliant though, pool and beach are great and all the family activities and entertainment made the holiday especially for our 4 year old.

That’s right, considering the price, it’s a good place to visit with kids. However, during this trip, we experienced discrimination from the restaurant staff. They didn’t give us the menu, took our order late, and while serving other tables, they told us to pick up our food without any explanation. Moreover, the food we received was incorrect, and we were overcharged for drinks on the bill. We didn’t use many other services, so I’m not sure about them, but it wasn’t a pleasant trip.

Our stay was amazing. We came with two young children and this is a fantastic place to bring kids! For us: buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from each meal with all of us getting something different, new dishes rotating in daily. On a fantastic beach, clear water, we even rented a pedaling boat with a slide. Our suite had a separate room for the kids and we had some peace. All staff through the hotel was very nice, accommodating and helpful the entire stay, without exception. And very clean! There is also an electric car charger on the property which we used as part of exploring away from the hotel during our stay. For the kids (and us): fun activities through the day and into the night, including shows and performances for their ages. Great water area for little ones in addition to the pool, as well as a playground. All meals had something for even the most selective eaters. We absolutely loved it and highly recommend!

Was surprised by the standard of the hotel, which we believe was very good for a family hotel of this kind. Clean and nice rooms, great pool area also for small kids, closeness to the nice beach is great, good offering and quality of food (we had half board), great and friendly service of staff. Only negative thing i have to say is the people reserving sunbeds in the morning and not showing up until several hours later (some place towels at 9 and come back at 15/16 in the afternoon to enjoy a 10min dip in the pool!!) but i guess this is an impossible thing to solve as these people will never care about any other than themselves. Hotel however places cards on some beds that have been left unattended for some time and sometimes also removes hotel towels but this could be done much more strict as if you show up at 10am, there are most likely no sunbeds left but only 20% are occupied of actual people... Other than that, i would recommend this hotel and come back.
