TEARABLE SERVICE!!!! We were driving in and unable to get there before check in time ended at 9:30 pm. I called several times, wasn’t even sure if I had the right number even though it was from from the web sight, mailbox full. After contacting Expedia for help ( which took and hour to fix after being disconnected after being on hold for 30 min) I was accommodated and key deft in the room with the room open, with conditions that I finish checking on in the morning. The office is always locked, they never answer the phone, literally have to find her walking around the property before I could check in. By this time I’m hungry and want my coffee. The complimentary coffee in the room was the worst! The sugar and creamer packets were stuck together due to being wet then drying out. At this point I’m scared to use it because what was on it? I didn’t really care that the rooms are dated, beds are pillows are worn and uncomfortable, rooms are too small to have two people up at the same time, because after all they are cheap and all we are doing is sleeping there. But just pissed that it is so difficult to get a hold of some one to speak with! Even checking out was ridiculous. I went to office… locked… phone no answer… says to drop key in box below, no box! Left key in room had to call several times after I left before they answered to make sure they knew we left the key in the room. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!
