Prior check-in was clunky and hard to do while on the road with an iphone. No one is at the check-out counter so it necessitated a bunch of phone calls to get checked in. Everything else was fine. A clean, well-maintained, cozy place. Our room was on the Lake Erie end with a balcony and the views and sounds of the lake were spectacular. Parking is limited.

The room was absolutely beautiful I enjoyed my time. The space was amazing for a couple. It had a beautiful balcony the room was clean and comfortable

Fridge has sand in it. Freezer had food in it from the last guests. Floor was coming up by door. The reservation gave us a room number never told us it was behind the cottages

The room was perfect for what I needed. Air conditioning was cold like it should be and communication was good from the staff. Check in was a breeze.

The staff was super helpful and quick to respond. My room was immaculate. Being on the lake was amazing and walkable to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms look like they were newly renovated and they provide more than ample towels.

Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!

The outside of the property was poorly maintained. Our patio was filthy- no chairs-steps to the lake were barricaded off. The inside of the room was clean and nice. Bed very comfortable. Difficulties with closing the bathroom door.

While the unit was basically clean the mattress is like a sack of cotton balls. Not very comfortable. The floor is lifting at the door entrance and can be a tripping hazard. The outlet in the bathroom vanity has the electrical box coming out of the wall because it's not attached. And the outside of the property is overgrown with grass and weeds. Private beach area is filthy.

The Lake Breeze Cottage was sufficient for us, especially for an abbreviated stay. A queen sized bed was stuffed into each very small bedroom, so maneuverability around the bed was a challenge. But, it’s a bedroom & it served its purpose. The enclosed porch, with 2 chairs, provided a wonderful view of the lake. And the “beach” is literally just a short walk away. The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a 2 burner hot plate. Parking is adequate.

This is a diamond in the rough. The screened porch is damaged maybe from a storm. But it could be fixed up that would be awesome! The porch was dirty and could have been swept. The cottage was awesome! Everything you need. Clean. I would stay there again.
