To start off I'm going to say that this review is warrented given the 4 hours of hammering above our heads as they redid the roof. Some of this I wouldn't care about. But the fact theybknew they were working on the roof and you had multiple options to put us in and you didnt, means you get the full review...not sure how they got an 8.6 regardless....searched for a hotel with a pool and hot tub. Get there and the hot tub is out of order. Nothing stating the hot tub was out online or when we get there. Couldn't cancel the room and change hotels. Get to our actual room and the smell was overwhelming. 80 plus degrees in there. Roofers were literally on a ladder next to our window, then hammering for almost 4 hours.After 900pm I finally decided to call given my children and wife were begging me so they could sleep. They had no Intentions to stop.Hotel wanted them to be able to keep going for another hour,apparently, to get the job done.Mind you this is 2 old guys on a side job.No body wash in the shower.No towels for the pool either day we were there.Your key isnt going to work for the pool door.No elevator which is not good when 2 kids and their crap. Parking lot is really far from front door. But dont worry a screw driver and half smoked cigarette greet you on the way in. And heaven forbid you bring an unwanted pet in. Breakfast was a joke unless you are 10. Stale bread, bagels muffins. Milk was spoiled (3 days past is exp date) and gross, my wife spit it out. #joke
