This hotels is convenient for me.Because all my family live on the south side of Laredo and i get vist all my family and don't have to drive far . Rooms are real clean and A/C always work good also the beds super comfortable compare to. Other high price hotels like embassy i stayed before and they dont do nothing about it.

Econo lodge on Lomas del sur.

Normally in Laredo, it’s hard to find clean hotels. This hotel impressed me. The staff was friendly helpful and down right amazing. We stayed here for 3 full weeks and they asked how we were doing and if we needed anything every single day. I will definitely come back and stay here again. Keep up the good work and hopefully you all will become the best place to stay at.

Surprised

As soon as I was going to check in the front desk informed me that there was no hot water running the hotel. I was bit upset but i was not going to another hotel cause it was more convenient for me and my family to stay. Possibly the next it would work. We left for dinner there were roaches in the rest room and in the room. This was a first for us to encounter. The next day took a shower no hot water. At least they informed us and the beds were comfortable temp was good but could have been a better experience not sure if ill stay there again.

Terrible experience! Disappointed..

It was terrible. I got 2 joint rooms, one with 2 queen size beds and one with 1 king size bed non smoking. Bedding had burnt holes, king size bed had a dent in the middle messed up my back. Had no toilet paper rolls, ever so often it smelled like sewer and I paid for 4 adults including breakfast and one hour to go there was no breakfast at all. Tried using the phone to call front office and there’s no line at all. Asked to speak to a manager and no one on site. High priced rooms with terrible everything. Only good thing was the location.
