We booked a trip for 2 adults and 2 kids (5 and 9) and were only provided one bed. We got a terrible folding bed after complaining.
We were made to sign a waiver of liability for injury or death of our children, because the hotel was not suited for children.
We booked an all inclusive package and were met with the message that tap water was all that was included besides meals. Only after several complaints to you and the hotel, did they agree to include non alcoholic beverages. This is not all inclusive. This is full board. When you pay significant money for all inclusive, you don’t expect to have to pay for a (not very good) coffee and a local beer.
The view is amazing and the staff is generally friendly. They are not at fault for poor management.
