Short stay so we didn’t use the pool or breakfast or other amenities. Stayed here due to the location near Treasure Island for a concert. Beds were somewhat firm but overall a nice stay.

There needs to be updates in many of the rooms for the price you charge. Dresser drawers come open . One pillow did not have a case on it. Staff was very nice and helpful!

The hotel is older with some newer updates. My room had a broken window, and smelled a bit musty, but could be due to weather...very wet and rainy. The room was very clean and worked fine for the one night stay. Beds were comfortable, and staff was courteous and responsive.

Room was clean. Property is old and some things in room not working properly or loud when running. Ie air conditioning

2/10 Mala

Did not enjoy anything about my stay here. The host at check in was not helpful whatsoever. The key cards would rarely work. Had to eventually get another because they stopped working. Everything outdated. Disgusting need skirt with bodily fluid drops on it . Tile in bathroom all cracked. Didn't bother showering because when we turned it on there was brown stuff pooling up towards the back of the tub because the drain was not properly leveled. I felt the only safe item to take from the breakfast was a banana. Would not recommend to anyone. Oh, and the room shakes when a train loudly goes by.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Ok breakfast. The room look like it was just refreshed. The pool hasn't been open for 2 years. It was a nice stay for two nights.

Nicer than other two star hotels I've stayed in, a bit high priced for the condition of the property. Nothing gross. Okay for one night.
