This place has an amazing location, but that is the only positive. The showers don't drain, so there is standing water everywhere attracting mosquitoes. Staff was rude. The mixed dorm was where laundry was stored so staff would come in and turn the lights on at 11:30. The owner also turned the lights on and gave a tour to friends (?) while I was sleeping. The owner is also known for being a creep to women. There is no kitchen; a hot plate and one beat up pan is all that's provided, not even plates/utensils etc. The toilets don't flush. I woke up with sores on my back in the shape of the springs on the bed. It's located in the back of a restaurant, so anyone from the restaurant can and does enter the hostel. Common space is used for storage by locals. Wifi only worked in the courtyard, not inside. The "free surfboards" were missing fins. There is one sink in the whole place, so it is often clogged with food waste. There were great people to meet, but we bonded over how terrible our experience at this hostel was.
