Very disappointed with the communication. When you send a message, you get a response from different people and end up with the issue never addressed. It was hot during our stay. We couldn’t figure out the thermostat to turn on the AC. I messaged from the night we arrived for instructions or maybe for someone to take a look at it, I got different responses for 3 days and finally I was told that the “air conditioning was not part of my amenities’.
Another issue was the window shutters that we couldn’t close. There were big windows with no curtains or blinds but had shutters that you can’t close. Again, I asked how you can close them, from our first night. I was told there was a button on the wall to close, which I couldn’t find. After 3 days of messages back and forth, finally I was told that the windows were as pictured on the website, no curtains, no shutters. So we endured the heat, and sunlight through the windows early morning. So frustrating.
Place was nice and clean but with the poor customer service, I will never return or recommend.
