Perfectly serviceable airport hotel though trying to punch above its price bracket doesn’t really work. Room okay and refurbished — bathroom great — but bed was bizarrely wedge shaped and bedsheets were synthetic and uncomfortable. Dry hotel.

Not neighborhood for first time tourists
View out front of hotel was industrial. Our room was a "supposed upgrade?" Room was adequate, even nice, but not what I would consider 5☆. Breakfast was chaotic and we were lucky to find a table. Buffet was extensive with a wide variety of cuisines. Neighborhood where hotel was located was not where a first time visitor to Istanbul will find lots of close interesting sites - It could have been Chicago or New York.

This was just an overnight stay for an early flight the next morning. Room was small but comfortable. Shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was good. Turkish coffee was great at breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful

Good night's sleep.
This was a nice and secure hotel to stay at for the evening. My flight arrived after midnight, but my colleague let the front desk know and they stayed open for me. Luckily I had a driver from the airport, as no shuttle is provided. I felt the room was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. Being Platinum, I was also given a room upgrade which was nice. I paid for breakfast and I'm glad I did. It was very delicious and just the right amount for food for me. I would consider staying here again overnight as it's near IST. It's still a bit of a drive, but currently there are no other options closer. I think this hotel was recently renovated. The interior seems new and stylish. I think this is a good choice hotel and excellent value.

Cheap for a reason
Asian Lady at check in was rude. She seemed like I was putting her out by checking in. There was no hot water to take a shower. I let it run, in both directions (thinking maybe hot/cold work different over there) for at least 10 mins. It only got like warm, def not warm enough to shower. AC vent condensed and it dripped on foot of one of the beds and floor. I had to put a towel down because I kept slipping The walls must be paper thin because you could hear everything from outside to in. Other guests slamming doors all hours, cars honking and sirens all hours. I slept better on the 13 hour plane ride to get to Istanbul than I did in this hotel.

Over payment for transfer still is not returned
I have stayed a number of times at this hotel when I have connecting flight and I am pleased about the hotel services in general. This time they charged mr 62 Euros instead of 45 by credit card and guest relations said this is a hotel policy change. When I checked in I learnt they are still providing transfer for 45 euro. The reception told me they will return the over value charged to me but I had not been contacted so far!
