We booked two separate rooms at this hotel for two adults and two children, with breakfast included. The rooms did not even provide two complimentary bottles of water—a basic amenity found in hotels even in countries with the least developed tourism industries. Furthermore, there was no minibar in the room at all. What I liked the least was that the double beds were quite small. In France—a country famous for its cuisine—the breakfast lacked any staples of Mediterranean fare, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, or olives. While the breakfast area was clean and well-organized, the selection was very limited.
I parked in the open-air lot across from the hotel around 8:00 PM and paid only 1 euro until 9:30 the next morning. Before the scheduled check-out time, the fire alarm went off; everyone at breakfast had to leave, and those who were unsettled by the incident quickly gathered their belongings, checked out, and departed the hotel. It could be a suitable choice for short stays, given its proximity to the train station and the city center.
