Only a couple of blocks away from Victoria train station and the Underground, with a very courteous and helpful staff, and a room that was clean and all what I needed for my brief stay.

The room is small but it looks new and clean. The bed is also comfortable too. The people at check in counter is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is basic and few choices and also all the same every day. I am satisfied with the room but we got the room that is no elevator so we have to take the luggage into the room. You can ask them to help that is not a big problem.

Great comfortable but not too expensive hotel very near to Victoria coach station. Very clean room and very comfortable bed (nice firm mattress). Quiet despite its proximity to a main railway line. Continental breakfast was very good given the price (though the breakfast room was slightly cramped) and I was able to store my luggage for free and securely (I was given a luggage tag).

Good place with aircon

Lovely staff all around, I’ve never had such great service. Everyone was polite and very attentive. The room was small but ok, could have been a bit more cleaner, but overall ok. Aircon was a great bonus and I slept really well. Yes, you are next to train tracks. Yes, they make sounds. If you’re not ok with that, don’t book this place. Me it didn’t bother at all and would happily stay here again.
