On my arrival to the property the receptionist was extremely rude , un polite as he tried to force me to pay taxes to him in the range of 40 Euro plus , when I presented him with the receipt where it is clearly saying tax already included in my payment , he said this has nothing to do with hotel , I showed him that the payment I night have to pay the tax per person per night which is less 3 Euro per night per person . He responded by saying no pay no room . I informed the stuff next morning about the incident , asked them to review the footage from the camera that night and they can see clearly what happened . They were surprised and even chocked about what took place and how there receptionist behave .. Further more he was not helpful at all that night and similarly in the morning when I tried to ask him about activating the code for the safe as it was locked and no way I can use it if it was not opened in the first place .

Hors de prix pour la prestation. A l'exception des draps qui étaient propre, l'ensemble est à revoir. L'insonorisation est inexistante et les portes des chambres font un bruit horrible de cailloux qui raille le carrelage... Les travaux ont été réalisés à la va-vite (la lunette des toilette est trop petite et fixée de travers..., les prises sont à l'envers, l'interrupteur coincé derrière la tête de lit,...) Pourquoi pas si l'hôtel pratiquait des prix particulièrement intéressant. Mais à 141€ la nuit je me permet de mettre un commentaire ! Les prestations ne valent pas les prix pratiqués par l'établissement.

Expédia vend des petits déjeûner alors que l'établissement ne peut pas les fournir ! Hygiène moyenne, 1 seule serviette très tachée pour 2 personne ! des trous dans le parquet. Très très bruyant, des gens passent toute la nuit par les escaliers en bois. Mais bonne literie, dommage que les allées et venues nous réveillent toutes les heures.

This hotel is the worst ever ive been in. The room is small and if There are som other people in the next room then you can hear everything. If you want a clean place and quiet then please do not stay here. Bathroom is horrible. Old room, dirty and not cleaned. Water leaks from the bathroom. And smells alot. 5 nights stay and got room cleaned 1 time. I meet 3 staff member. The guy was not nice and polite. Very bad service. The two other girls are kind. Overall 1/10! PLEASE DO NOT USE UR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL!!

Question d'éducation

Alors par quoi commencer!? Première galère, la carte n'ouvre pas la chambre. J'entre dans la chambre j'allume la tv et aucune chaînes,je descend à l'accueil et le gars me dis que le technicien doit arriver.. Mais on est un 15 août ! Ce que je lui fait remarquer.. Il était tout gêné de son mensonge.. Le lendemain en partant même pas un au revoir sortant de la bouche de la réceptionniste. Où est votre éducation madame??? A part sa chambre moyennement propre. Bonne literie. Douche minuscule.. Je reviendrai pas juste pour la froideur de la réception..

Très déçu de la prestation compte tenu du prix

Ayant été replacé dans cet hotel car ma précédente réservation ailleurs a été annulé, j'arrive et c'est la première fois que j'entends quelqu'un me dire "vous pouvez aller voir la chambre et si elle ne vous convient pas vous pouvez annuler sans problème". J'accepte et à première vue la chambre était assez petite, fenêtre ouverte, 3 mouches volaient au dessus du lit. J'accepte compte tenu qu'il n'y a pas un seul hotel disponible dans les 50km. Les plus: - bien situé dans Paris 13 - lit confortable - grande TV - bonne connexion internet les moins: - les 3 mouches qui volent dans la chambre vu que la fenêtre est ouverte - l'isolation phonique du palier - la mouche morte sur les toilettes (pas nettoyé) - le prix de 550€ ridicule pour un tel service - la diode de la clim qui empêche de dormir la nuit (impossible d'être dans le noir) - la salle de bain ridiculement petite et la douche vieille - et le meilleur pour la fin, le préservatif dans la poubelle dans la chambre vu qu'elle n'a pas été vidée BRAVO (je ne l'ai remarqué qu'avant d'aller dormir). Conclusion: je trouve ça inadmissible que le ménage ne soit pas correctement fait!! Même si le lit est très bien et la TV très grande, celà ne changera pas le fait que la propreté d'une chambre est le point le plus important à prendre en compte!!! je n'y retournerai pas quitte à aller beaucoup plus loin. Une honte pour ce prix.

La première personne à l’accueil était très sympathique mais cela ne compense pas l’extrême Vétusté des chambres leur saleté et l’exiguïté de la salle de bain. Environ 2,50m x0,80m . Il n’y a que 2 tables à 2 places pour le petit déjeuner et 26 chambres... embouteillages assurés ! Aucune insonorisation des chambres, on se passerait d’assister aux ébats des voisins... Sinon le quartier est sympa et le stationnement facile.
