Unit was ok . No coffee maker after I was told it would be included . Naw lock was installed a few weeks before I arrived . The check in kid couldn’t open the door so I asked for a key . He finally gave me a key and I had a copy made . Unfortunately it would not unlock the original door lock . I broke a window to get in because my medication and electronics were inside and no one was at the office . They had a maintenance man onsite , but I was never made aware of that until the next morning when I told the kid I had to break the window to get in . So much for communication . He told me I was the only one who had trouble with the lock . It was only two weeks old , so I don’t know how often the unit was used . The maintenance man was very good and showed me how to use the lock . Very simple . I asked why the check in guy didn’t know . He gave me a different code and I drove him over to the unit and he couldn’t get in . The booking agent said she couldn’t discuss the window but the owner would contact me . I was charged $425 and called to ask why . The kid said it was for the window . I said ok and hung up . ? Why have two locks on a door when you can only use one ? And why aren’t you told when you arrive . Why aren’t you told about after hours problems are available . The kid was gone when I returned from getting the key made . No sign on the door about after hours help . All in all , as a previous business owner , the kid wouldn’t be working for me .
