Very helpful staff at the reception desk and in the breakfast room. We stayed in the annex so it is a short walk from the hotel, the only downside was the lack of an elevator. Like many old buildings there’s just a narrow staircase. Not bad for us since we only had to navigate one flight to the first floor. What in the US we’d call the second. Amazing coffee maker in the room.
