The highlight of our stay in this hotel was its staff. They were so kind and working so hard to keep us happy although we were not happy with the condition of the hotel.
Any experience that I share here is just for the purpose of improving the standards and issues of this hotel by its owners.
1. Towels are very old, stained and had holes
2. A big scary insect was in my sisters'room
3. If we needed iron, we should ask from reception, they didn't have one for each room.
4. They didn't have scaler
5. They only give you a one room key card and if you need more for your other family member that staying in the room, they told us come next day to take.
6. Their wifi didn't have password, anyone could get connected and not secured.
7. Room was very small that we had a deluxe family room, which was 2 connected room, the door of the inner room couldn't get opened completely and there was no window to get light to the room.
8. They put towels on the decorative cover of the bed that always fall on the ground instead of putting the towels on the shelf of shower.
My sister got severe eye infection
9. Overall the photos on Expedia site are very misleading and it is not as we see in photos.
This hotel is really 3 star hotel and very expensive for 3 star hotel.
